Child Safety Standards

Last updated: September 11, 2026

Contentualize has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind, anywhere on our platform, including in Circles posts, comments, profiles, and messages.

1. Our commitment

Contentualize prohibits the creation, upload, sharing, storage, solicitation, or distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and any content or conduct that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors. This applies to every part of the app where users can post or interact — including Circles posts, comments, and any future messaging or profile features — with no exceptions.

2. What we prohibit

The following are strictly prohibited on Contentualize:

  • Any image, video, text, or other content depicting or describing child sexual abuse or exploitation.
  • Sexualized depictions or descriptions of minors, real or fictional.
  • Grooming behavior, or any attempt to solicit sexual content or contact involving a minor.
  • Sharing links, references, or instructions for obtaining CSAM elsewhere.
  • Using the app to contact or coordinate with minors for exploitative purposes.

3. How to report a concern

If you encounter content or behavior on Contentualize that concerns you, report it immediately using the in-app report option on the post, comment, or profile in question, or contact our Trust & Safety team directly:

Report to our Trust & Safety team
landon@contentualize.app

Please include as much detail as you can — a link or screenshot of the content, the username involved, and when you saw it — so we can act quickly. You do not need an account to report a concern.

4. What happens after a report

Reports of suspected CSAE are treated as our highest priority. When we receive one, we:

  • Review and, where confirmed, remove the content immediately.
  • Suspend or permanently ban the account responsible.
  • Preserve relevant evidence as required by law.
  • Report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via its CyberTipline, and cooperate with law enforcement, as legally required.

5. Cooperation with authorities

We comply with applicable child safety laws, including reporting obligations under U.S. law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), and we cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations involving child safety.

6. Changes to this policy

As Contentualize adds new features — including messaging or expanded social tools — this policy will be updated to reflect them. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever it changes.
