If you're reporting a problem, it helps to include:
- What you were doing and what went wrong (a screenshot is great).
- Your device model, operating system version, and the app version.
- Your @username, if the issue is about your account — never send your password.
Frequently asked questions
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Delete Account and confirm with your password. This permanently deletes your profile and activity. See section 5 of our Privacy Policy for exactly what is removed. If you can't sign in, email us from the address on your account and we'll help.
How do I block or report someone?
Use the in-app report option on the post, comment, or profile in question. To review or undo blocks, go to Profile → Blocked Users and tap Unblock. To report a safety concern directly, see our Child Safety Standards page or email us above.
How do I change my profile or content preferences?
Go to Profile → Edit Profile to update your details, and the Preferences tab on the Profile screen to change the content types and genres that shape your recommendations.
How do I control the ads I see?
Where available, Profile → Ad Privacy Choices lets you review your ad consent. You can also limit ad personalization on Android under Settings → Google → Ads, and on iOS by turning off tracking for Contentualize in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. This limits how ads are targeted but won't remove them. More detail is in section 4 of our Privacy Policy.
My recommendations or search results look wrong.
Recommendations improve as you rate, swipe, and add titles to your watchlist. If results still seem off — or a title is missing or mislabeled — email us with the title and what you expected to see.
How do I request a copy of my data, or ask a privacy question?
Email us and we'll respond. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and the rights you may have depending on where you live.
